Intent to Participate Form Login
If you are a commercial Dungeness crab fisher operating in California, Oregon, and/or Washington (excluding Puget Sound) who has made ex vessel sales of Dungeness crab on your own behalf from January 1, 2016, to the present and would like to a) participate in the First Round Settlements, b) wish to participate in future settlements, and/or c) receive further information about the First Round Settlements and any future settlements, you must submit an Intent to Participate Form.
Intent to Participate Forms must be submitted online, emailed or postmarked on or before November 23, 2026.
Plaintiffs have reached settlements with certain Defendants in this action, Pacific Dream Seafood, Inc.; Caito Fisheries, Inc.; John Caito; James Caito; Joseph Caito; and Jeanette Caito, as well as non-parties Fisherman’s Choice, LLC and Gerard Wetle, Jr. These settlements are referred to as the “First Round Settlements.”
It is possible that additional Defendants will settle later. If this happens and you submit an Intent to Participate form, you will be contacted via your preferred method of communication in the event that further settlements are reached and/or when funds are to be distributed from a settlement. You have the option, now, to choose to participate in only the First Round Settlements, or to choose to participate in all future settlements, as well.

The deadline to submit an Intent to Participate Form online or by email is November 23, 2026. If you are mailing your Intent to Participate Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than November 23, 2026.
